I tried to rent a bike, but the rider verification ended up being a lot more frustrating than I thought it would be. I uploaded my license and info, then still got asked for more details and had to wait without really knowing what was going on. Support did respond, but it felt slow and a little confusing. Maybe it’s just me, and other people have a smoother time, but it basically ruined my plan for the day. 2 stars.

The payment went through quickly and I didn’t run into any issues. I’m guessing their system is well set up because it all felt smooth from start to finish.

I rented a bike for the weekend and at first I thought the price was a great deal, well, maybe not great once the extra fees showed up, but still fair compared to other options. Pickup was simple and didn’t take much time. I’d probably use it again, just with the fees in mind next time.

The bike had a few scratches here and there, but like I said, it was in good condition overall. It rode just fine, and like I said, nothing really felt off while using it.

Not gonna lie, Twisted Road was okay overall. I found a few solid motorcycles in my area, but the selection felt a bit limited. I just wish there were more styles to choose from and maybe some newer bikes available too

The bike was okay overall , but the listing didn’t quite match what I saw in person . Some of the details were different , so I felt a little misled .
